Mr. Sandeep Kadam is a Mechanical engineer with 25 years of experience in various industrial fields. He started his career as an execution engineer in a project engineering company where he handled various projects with elements involving the project conceptualization to its engineering, production and erection/commissioning up to its handing over to the customer. He joined White Gold technologies as GM production and later got promoted to Director – Factory Operations. He is now involved in conceptualization and development of new products along with setting up production lines for the products manufactured and re-engineering of current products.

Mr. Suvendu Banerjee is an expert in Electronics, Software, Simulation and Controls. After graduating in science from Vidyasagar University (W.B) & Post graduation in Computer science from Department of Electronics - India, he joined as project coordinator of a faculty entrepreneur in Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and later got promoted as "Project Manager". In his tenure of 15 years, He delivered 12 successful projects with Indian Defense, DRDO-R&D and other well-known companies. Now he has been working with White Gold technologies as HOD – Electrical. He successfully headed the team in development of award-winning product RMCU.

Mr. Ravindranatha Maroli is by qualification BE in Industrial Production and MBA in operations. He has had a fulfilling career in leading teams in machine building and related processes across industry verticals as varied as CNC, Pharma. Adept in building and executing strategies for manufacturing aligning with customer requirements for quality and on time delivery with efficient management of resources available. His focus on quality and customer focus has helped the business in retaining the customers. He treats all stake holders with due respect and is keen to learn from employees, suppliers and customers to resolve issues which has helped the company in achieving customer delight. With focus on developing milking parlor market and to retain premium customers in milking can market, he drives people to excel without being unduly stressed.
