Dal Cooker

Dal cooker is designed specially for bulk kitchens which are preparing meal for thousands of people on daily basis. This cooker is basically a Triple layered vessel to cook dal or sambhar in bulk quantity. It comes with a specially designed geared motor with agitator to mix all ingredients well. The body of this cooker is made of AISI 304, which is food grade and recommended for food operations. This also have a foldable lid on top to make cooking easier and cooker accessible for cooking.
